The Community Counseling Center at Colorado Christian University provides affordable, outpatient mental health services to the greater Colorado Springs community. The center offers evidence-based professional counseling to individuals and families struggling with an array of mental health problems or looking for a safe place to talk through any life issue or problem. Our staff of highly trained master’s-level and doctoral-level clinicians have extensive experience at integrating faith-based principles into ethical clinical mental health treatment. At the Community Counseling Center our graduate-level counselors, under the supervision of Colorado-licensed mental health professionals, are trained to treat many mental health issues. We provide treatment for: trauma, veteran-specific issues, adolescent behavioral and emotional issues, marriage and family related issues, substance abuse, mood disorders, personality disorders, and other general mental health issues.
The Community Counseling Center offers many affordable payment options. Our agency is a cash-pay practice and fees are due at the time services are rendered. The fee for a one-hour outpatient counseling session is $45. We offer a discount for military personnel and their families. The fee for military personnel is $35. We do have a sliding fee scale in the event that an individual or family is unable to pay. Those situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
